What Will You Do?

  • Shape our office culture – Create a welcoming, inspiring environment that makes people excited to come to work every day.
  • Be the right hand of the CEO – Manage schedules and provide top-tier administrative support so that everything runs seamlessly.
  • Support company operations – Coordinate business travel, organize key company documents while ensuring compliance, and maintain integrity and discretion in all administrative tasks.
  • Lead the organization of events – From knowledge-sharing meetups to team-building hangouts, you’ll make sure every gathering strengthens our team spirit.
  • Craft engaging internal communication – Gather key updates from all departments and prepare a compelling monthly newsletter that keeps everyone informed and inspired.
  • Be the go-to person – Welcome visitors, support team members, and ensure a smooth office experience for everyone.
  • Keep daily operations running like clockwork – Manage office supplies, oversee equipment, handle occasional errands like post office runs, and ensure everything is in place for a smooth workday.

We’re a Good Fit If You:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and enjoy keeping things organized.
  • Are reliable, proactive, and communicative, ready to take ownership of administrative and operational tasks.
  • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Czech and English.
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like MS Office Suite and G Suite.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive for high-quality results.
