We are looking to hire a junior recruiter to assist our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with the recruiting activities. Your main responsibility will be finding and recruiting the right people to join our team.Â
Note: This position is also suitable for recent graduates and university students in their final year of studies.
What Will You Do?
- Together with the CHRO, ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Create job descriptions and upload them to job posting websites.
- Manage our career page as well as our profiles on job posting websites.
- Manage our candidate pipeline and keep our internal candidate database up to date.
- Review candidates’ CVs and cover letters.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, set up and attend interviews.
- Actively search for potential candidates.Â
- Contact candidate references and verify other requirements as needed.
- Send out bulk emails (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails, and candidate feedback).
- Be responsible for the administrative side of recruitment (e.g. note-taking during the interview and keeping our documents up to date).Â
- Occasionally support our CHRO with ad hoc HR-related tasks.

- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience with working in a small company/start-up.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
Which Tools Should You Know?
- G Suite. We organize our work via Google and schedule meetings with candidates via Meet.
- iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and tables as well as to organize our internal meetings.Â
- LinkedIn Recruiter Tool. We use LinkedIn to find potential candidates.
- Trello or similar project management software to manage our candidate pipeline.
