We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will be responsible for leading an internal marketing team and collaborating with external marketing agencies. As our CMO, you will oversee a wide range of marketing activities and support the sales team in achieving the company’s goals.
What Will You Do?
- Create and manage global marketing strategies, including marketing research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning activities.
- Define marketing goals, develop communications, and optimize campaigns.
- Support the sales team by organizing webinars, attending conferences, and running LinkedIn ads.
- Build and strengthen the visual identity of the brand, collaborating with external agencies.
- Work together with the CEO, sales team, and external creative partners to set priorities and manage marketing activities.
- Set and measure KPIs for the marketing team while regularly monitoring and analyzing performance.
- Lead and delegate tasks to the marketing team to ensure effective operations and team management.

- Have experience in marketing — ideally across various roles and fields — and are competent in managing the responsibilities mentioned above.
- Have at least 5 years of managerial experience.

- Can set the right objectives, measure and evaluate relevant KPIs, and adjust marketing activities accordingly.
- Have experience with campaign management and sales enablement.
- Possess proficiency in G Suite, Google Analytics, Matomo, Google Ads, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Mailchimp.
- Demonstrate project leadership abilities and a “can-do” mindset.
- Are driven, curious, and eager to learn and improve constantly.
- Have experience leading a marketing agency.
Bonus Items
- Have experience with working in a small company / a start-up.
- A keen eye for visuals and graphic design.
- Experience with web maintenance (Webflow or other similar CMS).
- The ability to work creatively within a structured framework while providing valuable insights and ideas.
Which Tools Should You Know?
- G Suite. We organize our work via Google and schedule meetings with candidates via Meet.
- iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and tables as well as to organize our internal meetings.
- Trello or similar project management software to manage our marketing initiatives and content calendar.
